Once a booking request has been accepted, a booking deposit of £100 per week is due within 7 days. The balance is due 6 weeks before the start of the holiday. Payments should be either by post in the form of cheques, bankers drafts, postal orders etc or by on-line transfer or direct bank credit (details will be supplied on request).

The booking deposit is not refundable.

Arrival at the villa must be later than 2:00pm local time unless specifically arranged and agreed otherwise. The flight number, airport, flight arrival time and expected arrival time at the villa should be confirmed so that it can be properly prepared in good time and the keys made available.

Departures from the villa must be by 10:00am local time. If the villa is not or ceases to be available, the booking deposit and any balance paid will be refunded in full within 7 days.

Cancellations: If a booking is cancelled within 7 days of the balance being cleared, a full refund of the balance payment will be made (subject to the following). If the cancellation is more than 8 weeks before arrival a full refund of the balance payment will be made. If the cancellation is more than 6 weeks before arrival a 50% refund of the balance payment will be made. If the cancellation is less than 6 weeks before arrival no refund of the balance payment can be made.

All refunds will be made within 7 days.

A breakage/damage deposit of £100 per week is requested on arrival. This will be refunded on departure. Since this villa is our home we would ask that care be taken to avoid any damage. Please report any damage or broken items as soon as practicable so that replacements may be obtained in good time for the following guests.

Payment of the booking deposit confirms acceptance of these terms and conditions.
